Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clarendon). They put the hurt on the Augusta Red Devils with a sharp 79-53 win on Monday. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 26 points or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Clarendon, bringing their record for this year to 6-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.2 points. As for Augusta, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-9.

Clarendon will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against DeWitt at 7:00 p.m. on December 26th. As for Augusta, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 74-57 defeat against Bradford on the 17th.
