Orange County kept up with Charlottesville until halftime on Monday, but afterwards: not so much. The Black Knights blew past the Fighting Hornets 5-1. The result was nothing new for Charlottesville, who have now won six matches by four goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Orange County from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

Charlottesville pushed their record up to 8-0-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 31 goals over those six contests. As for Orange County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Charlottesville will challenge Monticello at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Orange County, they will square off against Riverbend at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
