Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rolla). They breezed by the St. Pius X Lancers to the tune of 80-43 on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Bulldogs who have now won five matchups in a row.

Rolla pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.3 points per game. As for St. Pius X, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rolla won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Rockwood Summit at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Pius X, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Gateway Tech at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
