EJ Ruffin Delivers Best Performance of Season
On Friday, Ayden - Grifton got the W thanks in part to EJ Ruffin playing the best football he has all season. Ruffin rushed for 174 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making nine total tackles and defending a pass.

West Craven's four-game losing streak is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to DJ Davis. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Nobody could stop Able as he rushed for 173 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.7 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 62 yards.
If the past is any indication, Able could be in store for another big game when he takes on Greene Central on Friday. Able rushed for 87 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries, and also caught a touchdown the last time he and the Rams duked it out back in October of 2023.

On Friday, West Craven got the W thanks in part to Malik Brown playing the best football he has all season. Brown rushed for 167 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.8 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Brown is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Greene Central on Friday. When Brown last faced the Rams back in October of 2023, he rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also picked up 58 receiving yards.
