After flying high against the Burton Scorpions back in December of 2023, the TEACH Tech Charter Rams came back down to earth. TEACH Tech Charter was beaten by Animo Watts 59-24 on Tuesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points TEACH Tech Charter has scored all season.
Animo Watts found their leader in underclassman Jaden Em, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds. Em hasn't dropped below two steals for six straight games. Another player making a difference was Johntae Forshae, who scored 11 points along with five steals.
TEACH Tech Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Animo Watts, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.
TEACH Tech Charter's road trip will continue as they head out to face Malibu at 4:30 p.m. on January 12th. As for Animo Watts, they will be playing in front of their home fans against New Designs Watts at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
