Carlynton had lost 16 straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 2-18 to make it 17. They fell just short of the Rochester Rams by a score of 15-14. On the bright side, the 14- run performance marked the Cougars' highest-scoring game to date.
Connor Hart made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-6 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Isaac Anker was another key player, going 1-for-5 with three runs and one RBI.
