Mt. Enterprise lost against San Augustine back in December of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mt. Enterprise Wildcats took a blow against the San Augustine Wolves, falling 83-52. One positive for the Wildcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tracey Thompson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 boards. Another player making a difference was Kahlen Solomon, who posted nine points.

This is the second loss in a row for Mt. Enterprise and nudges their season record down to 1-6. As for San Augustine, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Mt. Enterprise didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 47-44 defeat against Garrison on the 12th. San Augustine has also already played their next matchup, a 49-41 victory against Redwater on the 12th.
