Southern found their leader in underclassman Jayden Weaver, who scored 16 points along with three steals. Weaver is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Emelee Parks, who scored ten points.
Tucker County pushed their record up to 8-2 with that win, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Southern, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.
