The biggest upset of the week belonged to South Columbus, who took down 91st ranked South Columbus, 28-6.
Whiteville led 3A/2A Waccamaw in scoring this week after putting up 57 points on West Bladen.
The Knights' Zack Wilcox and Malcolm Vaught have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Wilcox has thrown for 1181 yards this season, while Vaught has 59 catches for 721 yards. Khalil Gause from West Brunswick leads the league in rushing with 955 yards.
The Trojans' Gause needs only 45 yards against West Bladen next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Stallions take on the Wolfpack. At the moment, South Columbus is in first, while Whiteville is in fifth.
There should be lots of points scored when Joe Salas' team and West Brunswick face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Knights comes in having scored 177 this season, while Jimmy Fletcher's team has scored 207. West Bladen scored 21 points last week as it fell to Luke Little's team.
