After a string of four wins, Maurepas's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 7-3 to the Simsboro Tigers. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2015.
