Poland's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They put the hurt on the Waterville Indians with a sharp 18-2 victory. The Tornadoes haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

The victory got Poland back to even at 1-1. As for Waterville, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Poland will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Remsen at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Waterville, they will welcome Hamilton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
