When it comes to explaining why Arroyo lost, one person who can't be blamed is Adam Huizar. Despite the final result, he rushed for 89 yards and three touchdowns.
Arroyo's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Arrowhead Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.
Arroyo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Arrowhead Christian will head out on the road to face off against Santa Fe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Santa Fe will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak alive.
