The Camas County Mushers can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Dietrich 80-53 at home. The victory was familiar territory for Camas County who now have four in a row.
Camas County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Emmett Palan, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 13 rebounds. Palan hasn't dropped below 23 points for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Troy Smith, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds.
Camas County pushed their record up to 16-2 with that win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.5 points per game. As for Dietrich, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.
Camas County will head out on the road to take on Victory Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Dietrich, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Richfield at 7:30 p.m.
