Juan Diego Catholic put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Snow Canyon Warriors by a score of 53-46. The Soaring Eagle have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Juan Diego Catholic to victory, but perhaps none more so than Trey Nicolodemos, who shot 47% from the field on his way to 19 points and six rebounds. Those 19 points gave Nicolodemos a new career-high. Deng Deng was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and 12 boards.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dylan Luke, who went 7-for-13 to rack up 19 points. Luke has also also been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned: he's posted one of at least 50% every time he's hit the court this season. Another player making a difference was Reggie MacKay, who posted 14 points and seven rebounds.

Juan Diego Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Snow Canyon, they dropped their record down to 2-2 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Juan Diego Catholic has already played their next game, a 62-50 loss against Pine View on the 6th. As for Snow Canyon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 70-51 defeat against Syracuse on the 6th.
