Xavier kept a clean sheet against Waverly-Shell Rock on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Go-Hawks. The result was nothing new for Xavier, who have now won six games by three goals or more so far this season.

Xavier pushed their record up to 7-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those three matches. As for Waverly-Shell Rock, their loss dropped their record down to 4-10-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Xavier will head out to square off against Western Dubuque on Tuesday. As for Waverly-Shell Rock, they will challenge Postville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
