The Hershey Panthers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight defeat. Their tough 61-41 defeat to Kearney Catholic might stick with them for a while.
Kearney Catholic got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Oliver Sharp out in front who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Bosshamer, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
Hershey dropped their record down to 5-11 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road. As for Kearney Catholic, they now have a winning record of 9-8.
Hershey will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Wolves. Maywood/Hayes Center will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak. As for Kearney Catholic, they will head out on the road to square off against the Shamrocks at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday.
