Softball Recap: Lakewood Has No Trouble Against Crestwood

Lakewood's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Crestwood Knights with a sharp 15-4 win. The Gators might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by 11 runs or more this season.

The victory got Lakewood back to even at 4-4. As for Crestwood, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Coming up, Lakewood will challenge Manning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Crestwood, they will square off against South Florence on Thursday. South Florence will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something Crestwood surely won't give up without a fight.
