The Bristow Pirates stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 59-25 win over Kiefer. The victory was just what Bristow needed coming off of a 65-38 defeat in their prior game.
Bristow got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Shalyn Edmondson out in front who scored 21 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Edmondson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Addi Alexander, who scored 13 points along with seven assists and four steals.
Bristow is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Kiefer, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.
Bristow will take on the Chiefs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Berryhill will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings (they are ranked 278th, while the Pirates are ranked 96th). As for Kiefer, they will be playing at home against the Pirates at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
