Duncan will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Elgin at 7:00 PM. Duncan is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
Duncan had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They made easy work of Putnam City West last Friday and carried off a 31-7 victory.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 13-50, which was the final score in Elgin's tilt against Blanchard. Elgin were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 13-36.
Duncan's win lifted them to 1-0 while Elgin's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if Duncan can add another positive mark to their record or if Elgin can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Duncan's step.
