The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Meeteetse in their matchups with the : they've now lost three in a row.
Meeteetse's loss came despite strong showings from Max Potas and Jason Moody. Potas scored 13 points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Moody scored four points along with 16 rebounds and three blocks.
Meeteetse's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Non Varsity Opponent, their victory bumped their record up to 130-237-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Meeteetse will face off against the Pioneers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ten Sleep has now lost eight straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 7. Non Varsity Opponent is on the road again on Saturday and plays the Islanders at 6:00 p.m. on February 3rd.
