Oak Ridge had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the War Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2023.

Leila Ceaser paced Oak Ridge's offense, picking up eight kills. Ceaser got some help from Samantha Daley and her 21 assists. Ceaser was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Oak Ridge's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Fort Bend Austin, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Oak Ridge has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Bridgeland on the 14th. As for Fort Bend Austin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Mayde Creek on the 14th.
