Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Colusa to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sutter Moss, who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 21 rebounds. Jace Mackaben was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 5 rebounds.
Meanwhile, West Valley's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They were beaten by Foothill 81-38. West Valley has struggled against Foothill recently, as their game on Saturday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite their loss, West Valley saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Chase Kalnins, who scored 10 points along with 5 steals, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Zack Boemeke, who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 10 rebounds.
