The dominant performance also gave Cordero a new career-high in passer rating (177.1). Keshawn Hines helped Cordero out on the ground, rushing for 65 yards and one score on only eight carries.
Another reason for the win was Mount Tahoma's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for six sacks. Central Kitsap's QB won't forget Teaven Jones anytime soon given he sacked him three times. Those three sacks set a new season-high mark for Jones.
