Noah Tagaloa Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Segerstrom's Noah Tagaloa, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Tagaloa rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also picked up 36 receiving yards. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (103.4). He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 67 yards.

Brea Olinda picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Nathan Aceves. Aceves was unstoppable, rushing for 120 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, while also picking up 63 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest reception was for an impressive 63 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per catch total.
Brea Olinda pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats faces off against Segerstrom at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Pacelli Made His Presence Known in Garden Grove's 48-10 Defeat
While Garden Grove might've come up empty on Friday, Quentin Pacelli wasn't going down without a fight. Brea Olinda had no answer to Pacelli as he rushed for 167 yards, and also picked up 52 receiving yards.
Garden Grove is on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7. Pacelli and Garden Grove are on the road again on Friday to play St. Margaret's at 7:00 p.m.

Cullen Doyle and Co. Win Eighth in a Row
Brea Olinda picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Cullen Doyle. Doyle did his part (and then some), throwing for 212 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes for the 'W'. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played.
This season, Doyle has thrown 18 touchdowns while averaging 231.5 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he had six passing touchdowns.

Travis Frazier Makes Top Five
Rounding off our Top Five is Travis Frazier of Esperanza. Frazier threw for 240 yards and three touchdowns. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played.
This season, Frazier has thrown 22 touchdowns while averaging 257.8 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 54.93 passer rating per game. This year he is averaging 116.13 passer rating.
