Brennan hasn't had much luck against Harlan recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Brennan will be playing at home against Harlan at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Brennan sitting on five straight victories and Harlan on six.
On Saturday, Brennan earned a 7-2 win over Sotomayor. With that victory, the Bears brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.
Bryannah Campos spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on three hits and racked up ten Ks. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in May of 2024.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Avery Leatherman, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in doubles (two). Another player making a difference was Olivia Cardenas, who scored two runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
Leatherman wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Brennan kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. Brennan is a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Harlan made easy work of Sotomayor on Wednesday and carried off an 11-1 win. The Hawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by six runs or more this season.
Harlan also got a great performance from Aubrey Flores as she tossed five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits.
At the plate, Lauren Vallery was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and one triple. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last five games she's played. Sarah Almazan was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
Brennan's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-5. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Harlan, their victory bumped their record up to 12-3.
Tuesday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Brennan hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .314. However, it's not like Harlan struggles in that department as they've averaged .328. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Brennan might still be hurting after the 12-2 defeat they got from Harlan when the teams last played back in February. Will Brennan have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
