There's no place like home for Shippensburg, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They put the hurt on the West Perry Mustangs with a sharp 14-4 victory on Wednesday. The Greyhounds might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by ten runs or more this season.

Shippensburg pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for West Perry, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Shippensburg will welcome Chambersburg at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for West Perry, they will head out to take on Trinity at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
