Meanwhile, you can't lose the contest if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Dobie's strategy against Alvin on Friday. Dobie strolled past Alvin with points to spare, taking the game 49-34. The win was nothing new for the Longhorns as they're now sitting on three straight.
Dobie now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Manvel, they now also have a winning record of 5-4.
