The Donegal Indians fell victim to the Eastern Lebanon County Raiders''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a 12-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders. Donegal just can't catch a break and has now endured seven losses in a row.
Brock Hammaker threw for 72 yards on eight of 15 attempts. Ruben Mumper was his top target, rushing for nine yards.
Donegal's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 3-7. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 2.0 points per game. As for Eastern Lebanon County, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Donegal will face off against Octorara Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Octorara Area is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak. As for Eastern Lebanon County, they will head out on the road to face off against Berks Catholic on Friday.
