Emmett's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kylie Brown led the charge by scoring 13 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Brown has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Natalie Goslin was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
Emmett's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Canyon Ridge, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-6.
