Brophy College Prep had just enough and edged Salpointe Catholic out 14-12. Winning may never get old, but Brophy College Prep sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Brophy College Prep's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB seven times. The heavy lifting was done by Alex Salome and Mardale Rowe who racked up five sacks between them.
Brophy College Prep's win was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 8-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 33.5 points per game. As for Salpointe Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brophy College Prep will take on Mesa at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mesa will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Arizona Rankings (they are ranked 46th, while Brophy College Prep is ranked tenth). As for Salpointe Catholic, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Corona del Sol at 7:00 p.m.
