In what's become a running theme this season, the Banning Lewis Academy Stallions gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Saturday. They claimed a resounding  73-40 victory over Manitou Springs at home. The  victory was nothing new for Banning Lewis Academy as they're now sitting on five straight.
 Banning Lewis Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Joseph Bjegovich, who  scored 15 points along with six  rebounds and five  assists. Bjegovich is on a roll when it comes to  steals, as he's  now  grabbed two or more in the last four games he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jordan Jones, who  scored 14 points along with five  rebounds and three  steals.
 Banning Lewis Academy pushed their record up to 12-3 with that  victory, which was their tenth straight  at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.1 points per game. As for Manitou Springs,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 6-8.
 Banning Lewis Academy will head out on the road to  face off against  Woodland Park at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Woodland Park is coming into the  contest on a five-game losing streak. As for Manitou Springs, they will look to defend their home court  on Monday against Bishop Machebeuf at 7:00  p.m. Bishop Machebeuf has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 757 points over their last ten games.
