Bishop Heelan Catholic put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They blew past Jefferson 85-31 on the road. Bishop Heelan Catholic's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Meanwhile, South Sioux City entered their tilt with the Crimson Pride with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. South Sioux City walked away with a 55-44 win over the Crimson Pride on Saturday.
Bishop Heelan Catholic pushed their record up to 16-1 with that victory, which was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points per game. As for South Sioux City, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Bishop Heelan Catholic against the Cardinals when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 57-25 victory.
