The Norwalk Lancers will take on the Mayfair Monsoons at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Norwalk comes in on four and Mayfair on five.
Norwalk's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They walked away with a 4-0 win over Firebaugh.
Gio Ramirez tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Benjamin Castellanos, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jared Brammer, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with two RBI.
Meanwhile, after only two runs in their last matchup, Mayfair made sure to put some runs up on the board against Dominguez on Friday. The Monsoons blew past the Dons 13-1. The Monsoons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by six runs or more this season.
Aidan Sullivan was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Sullivan was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Mayfair let Gabriel Diaz and Spencer Cummins run wild. Diaz went 1-for-3 with five RBI, one stolen base, and one double, while Cummins went 1-for-3 with four stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Brown, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
Mayfair's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Norwalk, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
