J'vien Adams Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Iowa got the W thanks in part to J'Vien Adams playing the best football he has all season. Adams rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 54 receiving yards and a touchdown. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 80-yard run.
Iowa pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. Adams and Iowa have the luxury of staying home for another week and will welcome Washington-Marion at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
