On Canyon View's side, Cason Hagerman looked comfortable as he tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Hagerman has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Brock Berlan was incredible, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and two runs. Rece Landis was another key player, going 1-for-3 with three RBI and one run.
