Michael Ramos Jr Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Michael Ramos Jr produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Yucca Valley to the win on Friday. Ramos Jr rushed for 257 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 14.3 yards per carry, and also threw for 127 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 passes. Ivan Camargo produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Coachella Valley to the win on Friday. Camargo rushed for 263 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 15.5 yards per carry, and also picked up 45 receiving yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
If the past is any indication, Camargo could be in store for another big game when he takes on Yucca Valley on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Camargo saw the Trojans), he rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.

On Friday, Indio had to settle for second even though Daniel Jones put up the best numbers he has all season. Jones rushed for 113 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, and also threw for 190 yards and a touchdown on only 16 passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
This season, Jones has thrown 5 touchdowns while averaging 114.5 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had two passing touchdowns.

Aiden Pope produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Yucca Valley to the win on Friday. Pope rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 30 receiving yards. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 60 yards.
For the season, Pope has averaged 40.1 receiving yards per game.
