On Saturday, the Delano Tigers were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap  as they fell  71-66 to the Chanhassen Storm.
 Chanhassen found their leader in sophomore  Skyler Mancini, who  shot 4-for-5 from long range and  almost  dropped  a double-double with 37 points and nine  boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most  points  Mancini has scored all season. Another player making a difference was  Reese Keating, who  posted seven  points in addition to 13  rebounds and eight  assists.
Delano's defeat dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Chanhassen, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five games,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record  this season.
 Delano has  already played their next  matchup (against Mound-Westonka), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Chanhassen, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  58-49  loss against Chaska on the 4th.
