It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the South Ripley Raiders had no problem doing just that  on Friday. They walked away with  a   52-45  win over the Pacers. That's another feather in the cap for South Ripley, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 South Ripley's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Lexi Franklin, who  scored 16 points along with two  blocks. Another player making a difference was  Lydia Cornett, who  scored nine points along with six  rebounds.
 South Ripley's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Switzerland County, their loss dropped their record down to 13-12.
 South Ripley won't have much time to rest: their next  match is against North Decatur at 6:00  p.m.  on February 3rd. North Decatur will roll in looking for their  ninth straight  victory, something South Ripley surely won't give up without a fight. Switzerland County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
