Starmount scored the most points they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 77-67 to the North Stokes Vikings. The Rams have struggled against the Vikings recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the loss, Starmount still got an impressive performance from Corey Armstrong, who went 7 for 10 en route to 15 points and six boards. Those 15 points gave Armstrong a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Sean Gregory, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 11 points and seven rebounds.

Starmount's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for North Stokes, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing South Stokes the next time they take the court. Starmount will host South Stokes at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, while North Stokes will host them at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
