After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Anthem Prep, Antelope was happy to have turned things around  on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Salome Frogs as they made off with  a  15-4 victory. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won seven matchups by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Isela Marquez was a major factor no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run over 4.2 innings pitched. Marquez was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  Alaina Jaime was a standout: she scored three  runs and  stole three bases while going 2-for-3.  Katie Williams was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with one  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs.
 Antelope  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .656. They are 7-1 when  they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Antelope's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Salome, their record now sits at 5-7.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Antelope will face off against Parker at 1:45  p.m.  on Monday. As for Salome, they will take on Mountainside at 1:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Frogs are facing the Wolves at the right time seeing as the Wolves are stuck on  an  eight-game losing streak.
