Jaylen Ridle and Jermaine Bartlett certainly did their best on Wednesday to try and avoid the loss. Ridle scored 14 points along with nine rebounds and six steals, while Bartlett scored 16 points. The match was Bartlett's sixth in a row with at least ten points.
Hammond Academy of Science & Tech has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Washington Township, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.
