They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 70-39 victory over DePaul Cristo Rey. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Cincinnati College Prep Academy also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2022.
DePaul Cristo Rey's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Britain Starks, who scored 18 points, and Kaden Collins who scored 11 points. Starks scored a full 46.2% of DePaul Cristo Rey's points, the ninth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Cincinnati College Prep Academy's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for DePaul Cristo Rey, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
Cincinnati College Prep Academy will head out on the road to face off against Oyler at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. DePaul Cristo Rey won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Dohn Community at 2:30 p.m. on January 6th.
