Hendersonville came tearing into Tuesday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 81-49 win over the Polk County Wolverines. The Bearcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Martiste Mills, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 14 steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in steals. Caden Thomas was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds.

Hendersonville smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 13 offensive boards in four consecutive games.

Despite the loss, Polk County still got an impressive performance from Aaron Jackson, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 16 boards. Jackson's evening made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Chase Stansbury also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Hendersonville's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-6. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 41.3 points. As for Polk County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.
