The Hoggard Vikings enjoyed a cozy  52-35 victory over the South Brunswick Cougars thanks in part to  Shivers, who  went 6-for-11  on her way to 17  points in addition to five  assists and four  steals. She is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in the last seven games she's  played.
 Another player making a difference was  Emmy Seward, who  posted six points and ten  boards. The dominant performance gave  her a new career-high in  rebounds.
 Several Cougars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Meryn Deutsch, who  earned nine  points and four  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Teanna Perry, who  scored ten points.
Hoggard's win was  their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 22-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 54.0 points over those games.
