Perry County Central took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Barbourville a 15-0 shutout. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Commodores considering their one-run performance the game before.

M Fugate was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. O Robinson was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
