Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Ty Herrington stepped things up a notch to give Lamar the 'W'. Heritage Academy had no answer to Herrington as he struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Herrington has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.
