Leila Johnson Game Report: vs Fairfield

Sadly, Leila Johnson posting her best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Middletown over Fairfield on Wednesday. Johnson dropped a double-double on 15 points and 14 rebounds, good enough to also set a new career-high in steals in the process. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Johnson and Middletown will face off against Mason at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday. The contest will pit Johnson up against the Comets' star small forwar Taylor Stanfield. With so much talent on the court, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
