Emily Matz posted a new career-high in points on Tuesday. She went 6 for 8 on her way to 17 points and six rebounds, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Perhaps even more impressive was her lead-up to Tuesday's game, in which she outscored her previous point total for three consecutive games.

Matz and Moniteau will host Cranberry Area at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Berries, probably because Matz had a solid game then too: she posted six points and six rebounds.
