The Harvard Ellis Tech Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 97-55 defeat at the hands of Windham RVT. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Windham RVT's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Desmen Gaston led the charge by scoring 25 points along with six assists and five steals. The match was Gaston's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Marsh, who scored 24 points along with three steals.
Harvard Ellis Tech bumped their record down to 1-6 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Windham RVT, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
Harvard Ellis Tech will head out on the road to face off against Norwich RVT at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Windham RVT, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Bolton at 6:30 p.m. on January 10th. Bolton comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
