On Friday, The Coolidge Colts faced the Ron Brown Monarchs in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Coolidge claimed a resounding 48-6 win over Ron Brown on the road. Coolidge's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Among those leading the charge was Jacieon ?Way? Robertson, who rushed for 132 yards.
The victory was the fourth in a row for Coolidge, bringing their record for this year to 4-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.5 points per game. As for Ron Brown, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6-1.
